Blade and Soul next patch for chapter 33

Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked i keep getting this i could log into my account yesterday now i cant how do i talk to them and send a ticket if i cant log in. So when's the next patch for chapter 33? Couldn`t proceed after chapter 32. Was excited to beat Jinsoyun's ass at the final chapter. The final is just costumes like the noble of the sea, red pirate king, and a dumb adornment eye pirate thing that only male can use LOL good luck!(:

 you should start the char and log into the game at least once so the char slot is ''occupied'' for when you DO come back or finally get a better pc... BnS why I cannot play ?? When I install this game after that click that BnS no function ? And it still error e03001 .. Why like that.. Please help me.
