On a side note. Does anyone else have an issue with the client? The part with login and password does not load for me. Ya that's nice. Now that Iost my house because I couldn't keep up with subscription  there's really no benefit, it's just vanity, unless you have a free company and can create airships. Gardens to get items that you can only get from crossbreeding seeds. Fc's can make airships for diadem runs and for special mats through airship ventures. 1 spot for everything without needing an inn (retainers, stylist, armoire, the book that shows you past cut scenes, fc chest, plus vendors and mender all in one place).

You can also add workbenches for your crafter classes as well. However, the number of benches you can own depends on the size of the plot. If it is a small plot, you can only have 3 benches. Probably won't be till the following patch as I understand it, they are going to introduce a new area to diadem...FFXIV Gil Lol, so people complaining about the grind lol. It's to stop people buying a house then taking a six month break, if you're not using it, then someone else should have the opportunity to use the plot. This is a MMO, and if you're not using the damn house, you don't need to own it. It's limited, and other people who are paying customers want to use it. They're even giving you back a large chunk of your money when they do it. The biggest loser isn't you. It's the people missing out because you want to keep something you're not even using on a MMORPG server.
