my CE of heavensward for PS4

Blaggh My one pc broke down with my character in heavensward zone. and now my ps3 can't play with that character till I get expansion for ps3 or fix computer. You should automatics send people back to their homenation if they log in system without expansion buy FFXIV gil especially when people have to play over different systems at times. Say I ordered my CE of heavensward for PS4 but I thought there was a ps4 theme with it.. and I don't have it?

Did you pre order it from psn? If not than you won't get it. It's a preorder only bonus for the digital copies on the psn store. Really... hoe come I got the 'A Realm Reborn' Theme on my PS4 Cause that wasn't digital. So far I have had to enter a pre-order code into the Heavensward website to get my early access code, which I had to enter into the mog station. Then I had to enter the code that came with my physical copy of the game into the mog station to cheap FFXIV Gil get my CE items.

Why not give us the game code, have us enter it ONCE into the mog station and call it good? Why do we need 3 codes?Because Mog Station and SE store are not the same. Because pre-access and official release is not the same. Also probably stop people getting early access putting code in then cancelling game with whatever store they bought from. hence why need 2 codes one digital provided by stores, 2nd sealed in game when delivered. Unless the game didn't come with a code...like mine. It was even officially from the SE store. That is really bad....
